Our team takes quality very seriously. From raw materials, processing technology, hydrostatic testing, painting, packaging to shipping, we have complete and strict inspection procedures. Keep original inspection records, each valve has a certificate - 3.1. The inspector is responsible for checking the valve. For qualified valves, make a hard stamp on the flange of the bonnet. We provide complete production process control documentation of our products.

 QUALITY CONTROL

The quality department conducts inspections according to international standards, and all pressure tests comply with API598, API6D and DIN3230 standards. In addition, we also carry out some special tests such as low pressure air test, DBB test and DPE test according to customer's requirements. We test at full working pressure, and this is the only test that finds possible leaks at the connections of the valve body to the bonnet, stem, accessories, grease injection devices, etc.
